The Center for American Progress (the same think tank that runs ThinkProgress.org) has unveiled a new website called Kick The Oil Habit.org, aimed at presenting hard facts about global warming and the United States dependence on foreign oil, as well as presenting a viable clean, environmentally-friendly alternative. Good ridance. Of course Hummer H2 and Hummer H3 are still around. GM claims that the cancellation of the H1 line (which gets 10 miles per gallon) has nothing to do with rising gas prices. Pffft. And if you believe that, I’ve got an oval office for rent.
