Okay, these aren’t really rumors, they’re a fact thing at this point. Goss’ third in command, CIA Executive Director Kyle Foggo (or “Dusty” has his friends supposedly call him) has told his buddies (presumably the same ones who call him “Dusty” that he’ll be announcing his resignation sometime next week.

Crooks & Liars has an interesting dual-topic video from Countdown with Keith Olbermann last night, in which NBC/MSNBC reporter David Shuster talked both about Goss’ resignation and of course Libby’s trial.
