Well, that’s that, then. Now it’s on to the floor debate where Dems only need 50 votes to pass the bill (a good thing, as some votes may fall off in between now and then, like Lieberman, Blanche Lincoln, etc).

House bill passes

So, the House health reform bill passed last night 220-215, two votes more than the 218 needed to pass (one of which unexpectedly was a Republican). Next, on to the Senate. Then the all-important conference committee.
