They swear. Again. It was supposed to start working on July 31st. Brother.

Incidentally, you know what the stupidest part of this saga is? I’ve wasted over 300 of my 450 monthly “anytime” minutes on the phone with AT&T trying to fix their screwups.

… Calling a 1-800 number.

… from my AT&T cell phone.

I tried to get them to reimburse me the minutes but they saythey can’t until my Internet starts working. I’ll call again on Wednesday provided my DSL actually does work like they promise to try again.
