| Cheney ordered the CIA to hide his assasination program from Congress?

If you’ve been following at all the reporting about Dick Cheney ordering the CIA to keep one of its intelligence programs secret from Congress, and the furor that’s ensued, check out Laura Rozen’s blog entry for the latest, which lists the key questions that need to be answered. The implication is that there may have been a secret program, albeit in its formative stages, to assassinate people in allied countries without consulting the allies, evidently a no-no. I’m sure we’ll be hearing a lot more about this, given that Congressional Democrats are saber-rattling for an investigation already.
