At the end of the day, this decision was whether or not to use bio-waste to find cures for diseases that affect most Americans in one way or another. I’m tempted to say that never in my lifetime has there been such an obvious governmental decision been delayed for so long.
I’m also tempted to say that it’s been an even longer period of time since a single signature on a sheet of paper affected so many millions of people.
