Granted, it’s not Governor Blagojevich.
Even though the Chicago Tribune is filing for bankruptcy, they’re running ads here in the local Chicago market television looking for new subscribers. The footage they use is of US Attorney Pat Fitzgerald praising the Trib at a news conference about Blagojevich’s indictment.

Super-corrupt and awaiting-trial Democratic Congressman Bill Jefferson of Louisiana has been finally been defeated by Joe Cao a Republican who is the country’s first Vietnamese-American elected to national office. Cao, a 41 year old immigration attorney, is considered a moderate.
