Sarah Palin doesn’t know her history and can’t name a single Supreme Court ruling she disagrees with

When asked if there are any Supreme Court cases she disagrees with besides Roe v Wade, she says “I would think of any again that could best be dealt with on a more local level… as a mayor and then as a governor and even as a vice president if I’m so privileged, I’d be in a position of changing those things.” So, basically states rights are paramount.

… Which is exactly what the Supreme Court said when they made their landmark Plessy v. Ferguson ruling which upheld the constitutionality of the South’s brutal Jim Crow segregation after reconstruction. A decision, by the way, that I would hope every self-respecting and even modestly-educated American alive today would be able to name as one they disagree with.
