West Virginia residents, who are the least educated in the nation as judged by college attendance chose Hillary Clinton over Barack Obama by a large margin tonight.
CNN, ABC, NBC/MSNBC, Fox News and CBS all project win based on exit polls with 0% of the vote counted. The state is worth 28 pledged delegates: how will they split?
Obama also won 7 out of the top 10 most educated states.
