In the hours after the Democratic debate last night, Barack Obama’s campaign hit the 1 million unique donor mark. This means that about one out of every 300 Americans has donated to the campaign: far surpassing the previous record for the primary season (which was, incidentally set by the Obama campaign).
The campaign is also trying to get its supporters to make 1 million phone calls from home, and knock on 1 million doors before March 4th.
