[In Photos] Clinton’s new fear-mongering AFSCME ad: “They’ve lost a warhead”

The Daily Background today received what is likely the lowest 527 ad yet in the Democratic primary on behalf of Hillary Clinton. The 527 group AFSCME PEOPLE, bankrolled by the AFSCME union (which had previously spread misleading and outright false information about Barack Obama’s health care plan– see here and here), is now attempting to scare voters into voting for Clinton.

The new mailer, sent to thousands of New Hampshirites bluntly asks: “48 million Americans without health care looking for relief… Global warming getting worse by the day… A Prime Minister is on the phone: They’ve lost a warhead… How can we be sure the new President is ready?”

They’ve lost a warhead? They’ve lost a warhead? That sounds more like a hypothetical question in a Fox News Republican debate than anything likely to be found in a Democratic mailer. Photos…

  2. uh, they DID lose a warhead. personally, i find that to be important, since we are so concerned about rogue nations having warheads…little hard to look compentent when you don’t have a grip on your own.
