Another case of planting? Giuliani calls on the same supporter first at multiple Q&As

Before there was the Clinton campaign’s outright question planting, there was Scott McCellen’s questions to sympathetic reporters Jeff Gannon and that Pakistani reporter who always asks questions about Pakistan-US relations. Looks like Giuliani is going about things the original Republican way:

It is not exactly a plant, but Giuliani seems to have at least an overzealous campaigner who asked pretty easy questions at campaign stops both yesterday and today.

Richard Florino, a 52-year-old attorney who identified himself as the co-chair of Giuliani’s campaign in Windham, asked Giuliani Saturday at a Nashua town hall why liberal Democrats were not strong on defense.

“What makes the liberal Democrats so wrong about the threats this country faces?” he asked.
[…]
“I raised my hand,” he said. “If I’m there, I get called on.”

Florino says the Giuliani campaign has not contacted him in connection with the questions he asks, he just somehow consistently gets called on first every time.
