As you may have already heard, Michael Moore appeared on CNN’s The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer to discuss “SiCKO,” directly after CNN aired a misleading report by CNN medical correspondent Dr Sanjay Gupta, which accused Moore of “fudging the facts.” You can watch a video of both Gupta’s report, followed by the heated Blitzer-Moore interview below.

Moore then taped a second interview, to be broadcast on tonight’s Situation Room, starting at 7PM. Moore asked that Blitzer air it unedited and is asking CNN to apologize for Gupta’s inaccurate report in the first place, accusing Moore of distortion- something Moore’s staff calls libel.

In response, they’ve posted a fact-checking of CNN’s “Fact Check” of SiCKO on his website, in which they refute the CNN report’s claims. Further, Moore’s website is encouraging people to demand an apology from CNN, by using this form.

After part two of the Blitzer interview airs tonight, Moore will appear on CNN’s Larry King Live tonight, alongside Gupta, to ask for an apology in person.
