How well are women represented in Congress? Not very well, it turns out. While more than half of all voting-age Americans are female, only 16.3% of Congress is made up of women. It turns out that this is even slightly behind the average parliamentarian representation of women worldwide, which is at 17%, still dismally low.
The following time I read a weblog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as much as this one. I mean, I do know it was my option to read, but I actually thought youd have one thing fascinating to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something that you possibly can repair if you werent too busy on the lookout for attention.
