If you were watching or reading about yesterday’s House hearings into the leaking of undercover CIA officer Valerie Plame yesterday, you may have noticed a particular red, green, and yellow chart all over the place.

The chart, produced by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform was used to illustrate the number of times Plame’s identity was leaked by Administration officials to the media (11 times), as well as the number of times Plame’s identity is believed to have been shared inside the White House. One wonders how classified information could be leaked 11 times by different officials to different reporters without it being intentional.
