So does the fact that Scooter’s jury is still out mean good things or bad things for the defense? The jury goes from about 9 in the morning to 5PM, and they recessed for the weekend. They’ve deliberated something like 20 hours by now and they’ll resume again Monday. I think I agree with what others have said about timing: that an early verdict would mean an acquittal. Any thoughts?
