Spike Lee wins Polk award for Katrina documentary (with clip)

Spike Lee won a Polk award today for his Hurricane Katrina documentary “When the Levees Broke: A Requiem in Four Acts,” which aired on HBO last year around the 1 year anniversary of the storm.
Below I’ve posted a clip from the full four hour film which I recently saw. In the clip below, several people (a mixture of experts and New Orleans residents) are interviewed talking about the Bush Administration’s failures to save the lives of more than 1,800 Americans.
