The Daily Background

I’m guessing I’m not the only college student who got this letter from the Marines Corps, promising a fast-track way to become a Second Lieutenant as soon as I graduate.

I have no idea how they got my address here at school, either, because I haven’t given it to anybody. They know my home contact info (because of “No Child Left Behind”- a misnomer if ever there was one), and called me when I was in high school and I asked them not to contact me again. There’s no way they could possibly get my school address that I can think of, because it is not publicly listed anywhere.

I emailed them to ask how they got my address, and we’ll see if they respond.
