The situation in Virginia

In Virginia, Democratic challenger Jim Webb leads Republican incumbent George Allen by 7,217 votes with 99% of the precinct reporting. That’s The only county left now is Isle of Wight, where 92% of the vote has been counted. According to my own quick calculations, there are only 974 votes left to be counted in that county, which- although trending towards Allen- is obviously not enough to beat Webb (Allen would need to get 7,218 votes for that). There may be some provisional ballots and I don’t know what the deal is with absentees though…
