According to the new Newsweek/Princeton Survey Reserach Associated International poll (what […]

CNN notes the increase in government spending under the Bush Administration.

The poll released Friday also showed that an overwhelming majority of Americans perceive, correctly, that the size and cost of government have gone up in the past four years, when Republicans have had a grip on the House of Representatives, the Senate and the White […]

The New York Times has an awesome feature on their website (I don’t know if it’s new or what, but I haven’t seen it before) that has House (pictured above), Senate and Gubernatorial races with a lot of statistics for looking at them in a “bigger picture” all together sense.

John Aravosis of Americablog alongside some random Republican blogger that nobody’s ever heard of discuss recent controversial advertising on CNN’s now-weekly “blog buzz” segment. It seems like each time they do this segment, they have a different conservative blogger up against John. I think they’re just trying to find somebody who will perform as well […]

NYT published an article today that says a federal investigation has now revealed that Halliburton sub-corp KBR has “misused federal rules to withhold basic information on its practices from American officials.”

One of the favorite election-year targets of hate that Republicans have are “activist judges.” Now who exactly these “activist judges” are, I don’t exactly know. The judges who decided that black men could marry white women in the first place were probably “activist judges.” The judges who decided that women should have the right to […]
