Former CIA officer Barton Osborn recalls an incident when he witnessed torture during the Vietnam War. This is just about as valid today as it was when the interview took place in the mid 1970s. Incidentally, this is a clip from the documentary Hearts and Minds, which I would highly recommend checking out.
