You ready for some laughs this weekend? All weekend long I’ll be featuring quotes from a leaked instant message conversation between (now former) Republican Representative Mark Foley, who resigned today in disgrace. For a preview, let me just say that the Congressman is a terrible speller. Either that, or he was doing two things at the time he was having the conversation. I’ll let you decide on your own. I cannot believe that this behavior could have been missed. This man cannot be alone in his perverse pursuit of children. How many others, sitting on such committees as he, use the same pious perch as cover for their illicit activities?
I am disgusted, I say vote the entire lot out. We cannot do worse than this leadership. From Hastert down, vote them out.
