Good news from South Dakota. As I’ve said before, I didn’t expect the abortion ban to suceed, and I think it’s less likely to succeed now that it’ll be on the ballot in November, for reasons I previously explained here. In reality, a clear minority would favor the radical ban (which would force women who are raped by their relatives to carry their offspring to term).
