Which is worse?

Apparently bored with representing people, Senator Allen takes up football (left). Meanwhile, Senator Santorum shares an awkward moment with the President (right).

So which is worse? The incumbent Republican Senator who does not even live in the state he claims to represent, or the incumbent Republican Senator who admits that he doesn’t do his job because he finds it too boring? Both men are up for re-election this year.
