Crooks and Liars has a video (multiformat Quicktime & Windows Media choice) of Hayden today admitting that he wasn’t comfortable with pre-war Iraq intel being used to justify the 2003 invasion and occupation.
Conventional wisdom at the moment is that he’ll be confirmed. We’ll see what happens, as usual.
