The Daily Background

This is five-time indicted former top Vice Presidential aide Lewis Libby last October, right after he resigned form the White House, after being charged with the most crimes ever, of a Presidential aide:

And this was Libby yesterday, exiting a courthouse after trying a desperate attempt to throw out charges against him:

Quite a different picture, no? This effort to throw out the charges is going to fail, and everybody knows it. He’s in trouble.
