The Daily Background

You might remember the Joint Cheifs of Staff’s outrage at a cartoon which appeared in the Washington Post a little while ago, which I blogged about here (includes link to cartoon itself). At the time, I criticized the JCoS for the order in which they placed their priorities (finding the time to protest a political cartoon, rather than working on getting our troops home). It seems that even when they devote time to decrying supposedly unfair cartoons, they can’t even do that consistantly. Print news industry trade magazine Editor and Publisher reports.
