The Daily Background

As the speech is about to begin, guests are walking down aisles, greeting each other. The President will take the lectern in approximately 5 minutes. Meanwhile, the full text of the SOTU speech has been leaked over at ThinkProgress. It’s likely that I’ll be using it to quote from, instead of attempting a rush transcript bits and pieces.
