According to professional polls financed by MyDD (a liberal community blog), Congressman Jack Murtha’s proposal for troop withdrawal from Iraq is in fact– ‘incredibly popular,’ so long as Americans don’t know he was connected with it. A clear majority; 61% of Americans would support Murtha’s proposal to redeploy US troops in Iraq to neighboring countries such as Kuwait, where they could rapidly re-enter Iraq if needed.
