Earlier, I wrote about the upcoming filibuster on Supreme Court nominee Alito. So far it’s Senators Kerry and Kennedy. And Lieberman if he comes through on his earlier promise (not to be counted on until we get definitive info).
AP says add Senator Wyden (Dem from Oregon) to that list. Expect updates on the growing list soon.
P.S.- You’ve probably already read the well-circulated New York Times editorial suggesting a filibuster on Alito. But here’s a link to it, in case you missed it.
