A Republican Judge in Pennsylvania has ruled against the teaching of “Intelligent Design,” forcing the Dover School District to go back to teaching regular old science in classrooms after Winter Break.

A U.S. Federal Judge on the FISA court has resigned in protest against the Bush Administration’s spying on Americans without the use of FISA warrants.

A New York Judge is threatening jail time for Transit Workers Union leaders who are striking to protest miserable contracts for workers.

A Delaware Judge has OK’d a lawsuit against NewsCorp, the media conglomerate which controls FOX News owned by Rupert Murdoch.

A Judge in Indianna has ruled in favor of a horse chiropractor, who will be allowed to resume her practice and continue treating horses.
